E bravo Papi!

[26.52 la Torta della Pensione]

Ingredienti:
per la torta:

250 ml di acqua
125 gr di burro
35 gr di cacao
300 gr di farina
1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato
1 1/2 cucchiaino di lievito
300 gr zucchero
2 uova
125 ml di latticello
1 cucchiaino di vanillina
Per la nutella cream cheese:
50 gr burro
250 gr di ricotta
200 gr philadelphia
200 gr zucchero a velo
4 cucchiai di Nutella
per le decorazioni:
pasta di zucchero

Preparazione:

And than you wake up a morning and you're retired. Not me of course, I have a life to work!
The lucky in question is my dad. It is not a real retirement in reality, is more like a mobility in waiting for ... but he is happy as a clam and so I decided to celebrate the moment with a beautiful cake showing what he will do more often now: feel comfortable at the bar reading the newspaper and eating a pastry and coffee! Well done, Papi!

[26.52 Retirement cake]

Ingredients:
for the cake:
250 ml of water
125 grams of butter
35 g of cocoa
300 grams of flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
300 g sugar
2 eggs
125 ml of buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Nutella cream cheese:
50 g butter
250 grams of ricotta
200 g philadelphia
200 grams icing sugar
4 tablespoons of Nutella
for decoration:
sugar paste

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 160 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet about 20x30.
Put water, butter and cocoa in a saucepan and place it over the fire until the butter has melted, set aside.
Sift the flour, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl. Add sugar and mix well.
Add the cocoa mixture and mix. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla and mix well.
Put half of mixture into pan and bake for 40/45 minutes. Repeat with the other half of the batter. Let cool thoroughly.

Prepare the cream cheese putting in a bowl ricotta cheese, philadelphia, sifted icing sugar, Nutella and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth and compact.
Spread the cream cheese on the first layer and cover with second cake. Cover entire cake with a thin layer of cream cheese that will have to grip with sugar paste.
Roll out the white sugar paste in order to have a surface that covers the entire cake. Adhere well to the cake with the special tool to remove air bubbles.
And then ... you go with your imagination and create decorations that you like best!
